Its a triathlon camp with a strong swim focus. The facilities and our coaching lend towards a swimming based triathlon camp.

Cycling around quiet roads

Mallorca is known for cycling and the roads are generally quiet. Depending on the camp you can experience 40- 80 km rides. Bike rental is in town.

There is a great board walk on the edge of town or the chance to get out in the heat for some warm miles.

We can help a wide range of swimmers

  1. Afraid of the water generally
  2. Find that your alright in the pool but just find open water too stressful
  3. Swimming is no problem but just live too far away from warm open seas 

Afraid of the water

So you swim about 3:00 - 2:00 minutes per 100m in your pool, but have never been in open water and just feel it is far to scary.

We can start in the pool, check that your stroke is optimised and see how we can get you swimming better.

Then the beaches start flat so your not expected to be out of your depth until you have the confidence. 

Its your chance to clear your head and enjoy the water.

Final aim to swim out of your depth in open water with a support kayak and swimmer in the water with you.

Find that your alright in the pool but find open water too stressful

So you swim 2:30 - 1:50 per 100m in your pool. However once you hit the open water and the blue line has gone, people are bashing into you, you have to find the buoy and it all falls to bits. 

Then you should defiantly book. You can swim so you just need time in the big blue with other swimmers to learn there are only monsters in your head.

There are loads of triathletes who dread the swim; this is your chance to put your demons to rest. Clear open water and support from us.

So you can swim 2:00 - 1:30 per 100m and the open water has no real demons. Just you cant get to warm great places to swim. 

You would love a kayak to follow you about and someone to show you where the clear blue coves of Mallorca are. So sign up for the big swim weeks. 1500 - 3000m swims.

Bring friends to support you

Its a holiday and a training camp, so bring a buddie who also would love a nice hot weather break. Someone who you can share your experiences with.
