1.5 km of swimming surrounded by crystalline waters, 40 km of cycling with incredible views of the Majorcan landscapes and 10 km of running through the town of Colònia de Sant Jordi.

A week full of open water swim "races", most are timed. With distances from 1.5 to 10km. With one event per day you still have time to cycle or run, you may just not have the energy?
We can provide swim coaching this week on request.

Bed and Breakfast for seven nights with coached sessions staying in a local house. Self service accommodation coaching to be agreed depending on requirements.

Pay by card. Deposit is £200
Each week has a set fee.
We know each person is different and may want to stay longer, have a private room, prepay their bike rental etc.
So we use the booking form, so you pay the deposit, to reserve your place.
